Booking Policy
Booking Conditions
• When booking through Dalel Almosafer, you fully agree to and abide by all booking conditions imposed by the Service Provider, including cancellation, no-show, and any additional conditions that may be imposed during your stay or booking. This includes the services or products available from the Service Provider (additional terms and conditions may be collected from the specific Service Provider).
• Bookings must be made in the name of the Beneficiary or Guest. Please note that changes to the names of Beneficiaries or Guests are subject to the Service Provider’s approval and discretion.
Late Arrival or No-Show
• Some Service Providers set a check-in deadline, and if you do not arrive by that time, your booking may be cancelled. If you anticipate a late arrival or are unable to check-in on the day of your booking, you must contact the Service Provider directly and inform them of this.
• You must also contact the Service Provider if you wish to cancel your refundable booking before the date of your booking. If your booking is non-refundable, you will not be able to receive a refund according to the cancellation policy.
• If you fail to check in on the day of your booking without notifying the service provider, your remaining booking may be cancelled, and you may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the service provider’s terms and conditions.
Change or Cancel Your Reservation
• Cancellation policies vary between service providers. Some bookings are non-changeable or non-refundable, while others may allow a full refund. In some cases, you may be able to get a full refund up until the cancellation deadline, after which you may only receive a partial refund or no refund.
